ABOUT THE POSITION

For our warehouse in Eindhoven (near Eindhoven Airport), we are looking for a driven Team Leader who, together with their team, achieves the best results every day.
What will you be doing?
As Warehouse Team Leader, you are responsible for managing the team. You will work alongside three other team leaders under the guidance of the Supervisor, who holds ultimate responsibility for the department, and together you will ensure an optimally running operation. The department works in two shifts: one week day shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and one week evening shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM), and as Team Leader, you will rotate with these shifts.
- You distribute the work efficiently and monitor the progress of the schedule
- You make adjustments where necessary to achieve targets and quality
- You ensure a safe working environment and compliance with rules and procedures
- You motivate your team and foster a culture of collaboration and improvement
- You identify opportunities for improvement and proactively propose solutions
- You support the Supervisor in achieving daily operational objectives
In short: you are the link between the team and operations, and a key support for the Supervisor.
What do you bring to the role?
- You have a natural drive to motivate people and achieve results
- You communicate easily with both Dutch- and English-speaking colleagues
- You have extensive experience in logistics and team management
- You have an affinity for processes and optimization
- You are comfortable giving and receiving feedback, always focused on improvement
Additionally:
- MBO level of work and thought
- You are proficient with computers and (warehouse) systems
- A starting salary between €2,700 and €3,300, depending on education and experience
- Shift allowance of 15%
- You have knowledge of procedures and work instructions
- You have strong communication skills and are clear in your leadership
